• The Faculty of Mathematics is pleased to offer up to ten scholarships to outstanding students entering any of the academic plans offered by the Faculty of Mathematics (excluding Software Engineering and Computing and Financial Management)

This scholarship is applicable for Bachelors Degree

This scholarship is applicable for the following courses in University of Waterloo in Canada

• Bachelor of Business Administration / Bachelor of Computer Science
  Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS)
• Bachelors in Mathematics/Chartered Professional Accountancy (Math/CPA)
  Bachelor in Business Administration and Mathematics (Double degree)
• Bachelors in Mathematics/Financial Analysis and Risk Management (FARM)

Scholarship amount details

Max scholarship per student: CAD 20,000 => Rs 12,15,000

Conversion rate used: 1 CAD = Rs. 60.44 (last updated 25th November 2024)

Scholarship amount will be given: Every Semester

Eligibility

• The typical candidate will have a distinguished academic standing, especially in mathematics

   

• Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate interest in mathematics or computer science beyond standard course requirements, including activities such as active membership in math or computer science clubs, enriched mathematics studies, employment/voluntary experiences, or hobbies

   

• Participation and achievement in student government, athletics, music, art, etc. are also considered

• Eligibility & selection criteria: 
  • Academic performance
  • Demonstrate interest in mathematics or computer science beyond standard course requirements
  • Applicants from high schools in India only
  • Eligible applicants will be asked to submit a supplementary mathematics paper
