    • be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with the protected/refugee status, or an international student;
    • be a student-athlete (as per OUA and U Sports regulations) and a member of the University of Ottawa Gee-Gees football team;
    • have played on a CEGEP football team; 
    • have achieved recognition as a U Sports Academic All Canadian; and 
    • demonstrate outstanding potential for the sport of football, as well as a true desire to be an exceptional teammate and future leader
