Scholarship Overview

Gaby Barsky Memorial Scholarship are offered at University of Waterloo to those international students who are pursuing a Bachelors Degree. This is a Merit Based Scholarship, which is provided to only single student. Gaby Barsky Memorial Scholarship are valued at CAD 3000 for single student who qualify from University of Waterloo. Also, the Gaby Barsky Memorial Scholarship is a one time tuition reducing scholarship, offered in the first year of Bachelors Degree only. Applications for Gaby Barsky Memorial Scholarship at University of Waterloo are filed separately. Bachelor degree is required for applicants to be eligible for this scholarship. In order to apply for the scholarship, students need the following documents: Extra Curricular Activities. Along with the Gaby Barsky Memorial Scholarship application. The eligibility of the students to qualify for Gaby Barsky Memorial Scholarship would solely depend on the applicant’s admission to University of Waterloo Bachelors Degree, his/her aptitude for an overall contribution towards University of Waterloo community and of course the academic achievements.

• Full-time undergraduate student enrolled in Year Three or Four in the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science in the Faculty of Mathematics on the basis of academic excellence (minimum 80%) and extracurricular involvement (e.g., work with children, athletic talent, or an interest in travel and cultural exchange)
