Scholarship Overview

Global Scholarship is offered by the Kent State University . Global Scholarship is awarded to Bachelors Degree students who can demonstrate excellent academic achievement and the potential to contribute to the university community. This Merit Based scholarship will be given on a semester basis. The scholarship amount can be used for tuition. The maximum scholarship amount a student can get is USD 2000. . Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship if they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. In this case, they need not submit a separate application for applying to this scholarship. Students must have taken the 12th grade to be eligible for this scholarship. To be eligible for this award, international students must take English language examinations as well as standardised exams like TOEFL, IELTS, PTE and SAT. The following documentation is required from students in order to apply for the scholarship: LOR, Financial Documents and Official Transcripts.

• First-year students may receive the Global Scholarship for a total of eight semesters
• For the Global Scholarship to automatically renew each year, awarded students simply need to maintain continuous full-time enrollment at Kent State and good academic standing
