Scholarship Overview

HAN University of Applied Sciences offers the HAN Holland Scholarship. Every semester, the International Students Office of HAN University of Applied Sciences awards scholarships to degree-seeking students who have specified financial needs. Note that a large portion of the scholarship funds come from International student tuition. HAN Holland Scholarship is applicable for Bachelors Degree. The award is applicable for the courses like Bachelor of International Business (Finance),Bachelor of International Business - Supply Chain Management,Bachelor of International Business. If we consider the amount of the HAN Holland Scholarship, then it varies each semester. The applicants should review the scholarship application in order to fully understand the availability and amount for that particular semester. To be eligible for this scholarship students must have appeared for 12th grade. Foreign students wishing to apply for this scholarship must take English proficiency exams such as TOEFL and IELTS. Students must submit the following documentation to be considered for the scholarship: CV.

Scholarship amount details

Max scholarship per student: Euro 2,500 => Rs 2,27,650

Conversion rate used: 1 Euro = Rs. 93.25 (last updated 26th September 2024)

• Students receive € 2,500 in the 1st semester and € 2,500 in the 2nd semester, followed by € 2,500 in 2nd, 3rd, 4th year based on grades each year, The maximum amount would be - € 12,500 (for 4 years)
• Duration of scholarship: max 4 years for Bachelors

Applicants:

• Must be a national of a country outside the EU/EEA
• Must have not previously been enrolled in a degree at a university or university of applied sciences in the Netherlands
• Must have been accepted into a full-time English-taught degree program

• Enrollment:
  • After completion of enrollment in a bachelor degree, the applicant will receive an invitation by email to apply for a scholarship
• Preparing the application:
  • After receiving the invitation, The next step is preparing the following 3 items:
    • A motivation letter. Here you explain why you’ll be a successful HAN student
    • A short video of Max. 3 minutes. Address the following:
      • Describe yourself and the things you excel in
        - What would your former teachers or your friends tell us about you?
        - Tell us about your chosen course of study at HAN
        - Imagine you’re working in a team. Based on your personality and/or experience, what role would you have and why?
        - What are your career ambitions? What and where do you think you’ll be 10 years from now (professionally speaking)?Submitting the application:

• • Follow the link in the email invitation. Fill out the application. Submit it digitally with the 3 items prepared. Submit before the specified deadline
• Receive notification
  • The applicant will receive notification of the award
• Accept the scholarship
  • Send written acceptance of the scholarship. When? By the date stated in your award notification letter
