Scholarship Overview

Head of School International Excellence Scholarship - School of Geography is offered by the University of Leeds . Head of School International Excellence Scholarship is awarded to Masters Degree students who can demonstrate excellent academic achievement and the potential to contribute to the university community. This Merit Based scholarship will be given one time. The scholarship amount can be used for tuition. The maximum scholarship amount a student can get is GBP 5000. Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship if they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. In this case, they need not submit a separate application for applying to this scholarship.

• Geographical Information Systems MSc

• Applicable to all master degree courses within the School of Geography (except MSc in Consumer Analytics and Marketing Strategy, MSc in GIS via Online Distance Learning, MSc Sustainable Cities and Data Science and Analytics MSc)

Eligibility

• Applicants must hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) of an academic place for full time study on any eligible School of Geography Masters programme for the academic year commencing September 2021
• Applicants who have, or are expected to achieve, a good UK upper second class Bachelor Degree or better (or overseas equivalent) will be considered
• Applicants are encouraged to include any relevant work/voluntary experience on their application
