HEST (Higher Education Scholarship Test) 2025 aimed at supporting Indian students with their education funding. HEST is India's largest Inter-College Scholarship Test where students from the top Indian institutions compete to win scholarships up to INR 2 Crores.

Students Going abroad for Bachelors/ Masters /MBA/diploma programs are elegible to apply
MBBS/MD/PhD Programs are ineligible for this scholarship
HEST intends supporting those applicants who will be funding their total epenses (Inclusive of tuition fee, living and travel expenses) using an education loan
The exact amount of scholarship depends on the quality and quantity of applicants HEST receive for that year

Applicant must be planning to study abroad within the next 12 months
Applicant must have a minimum score of 55% in 10th and 12th
Applicant NEED NOT produce the foreign university admission confirmation at the moment. It can be submitted later while receiving the scholarship cash award.
Those who will be self-funding their total expenses are not eligible for this scholarship program as university believe they are financially stable to fund their studies

If you are shortlisted, you will receive an official email from the scholarship team. All shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the Scholarship Committee. If you get selected in the final interview, you will then be eligible to secure the scholarship

Part 2: Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning
There are no subject specific questions. Hence, students from acrosss various fields can attempt the test
Please note the HEST 2025 Is only for students who are planning to study abroad within the next 12 months (in 2025). This is to ensure that the funding requirements of the current students are met first. However HEST would love to have you takethe HEST 2025, next year.
