Scholarship Overview

Hofstra University Grant Programs is offered by the Hofstra University to international students. Hofstra University Grant Programs is available for students from all countries who want to study Bachelors Degree in the USA at the Hofstra University. Every year, the university selects a certain number of candidates from all the received applications and offers them scholarships based on their academic profiles. The maximum scholarship that a student can receive is USD 5000 at Hofstra University. The fee needs to be paid in full, the scholarship amount will be given to students once they start their study program. Students must have taken the 12th grade to be eligible for this scholarship. To be eligible for this award, international students must take English language examinations as well as standardised exams like TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, SAT.

• Applicants must have passed high school
• Required subjects:- English, social studies, math, science, and foreign language
• IELTS- 6.5 or higher
• TOEFL- score of 80 or higher
• PTE- score of 53 or higher
• Duolingo- score of 120 or higher
• SAT- 500 or above on Evidence Based Reading and Writing Section
• ACT- 37 English + Reading
• ELP waiver:- Attended entirety of high school at an international high school where English is the medium of instruction

Application Process for this scholarship

• Official high school and college transcripts
• A copy of your Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exams after year 10, and/or your Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) exams after year 12
• English Language Proficiency Test
• Financial bank statement
• Financial verification form
• Submit a counselor or teacher recommendation
