Scholarship Overview

University of Kentucky offers the International Ambassador Scholarships. Every year, the International Students Office of University of Kentucky awards scholarships to degree-seeking students who have specified financial needs. Note that a large portion of the scholarship funds come from International student tuition. International Ambassador Scholarships is applicable for Bachelors Degree. The award is applicable for the courses like B.S. in Psychology,B.S. in Mathematics,B.S. in Biology,B.S. in Neuroscience,B.S. in Mathematical Economics,Bachelor of Business Administration - Finance,Bachelor of Science in Business Economics (BSBE),B.S. Electrical Engineering,B.S. Computer Engineering,B.S. Computer Science,B.S. Mechanical Engineering,Bachelor of Business Administration - Management etc as given below. If we consider the amount of the International Ambassador Scholarships, then it varies each semester. The applicants should review the scholarship application in order to fully understand the availability and amount for that particular semester. Students must have taken the 12th grade to be eligible for this scholarship. The following documentation is required from students in order to apply for the scholarship: LOR and Essays.

Eligibility

• The Applicant must hold a high school certificate with a minimum GPA of 2.5 
• Must be an international undergraduate freshman or transfer student
• Test-Optional Criteria is considered
• Applicants must first apply to and be admitted to the University of Kentucky
• Successful applicants participate in a three round process that consists of an essay, video, and group interview
