International Renewable Entrance Awards is aimed at providing support to outstanding students entering or enrolled in the Bachelor of Business,Bachelor of Integrated Business and Humanities,Bachelor of Science (Honours) Integrated Science,Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biology and Pharmacology,BA in Music,BA in Anthropology,BA in Art History from McMaster University in Canada. This award can be awarded to Multiple candidates. This scholarship can be used primarily towards tuition. University offers the merit-based scholarship which amounts to CAD 5000 and offered on a yearly basis. To be eligible for the International Renewable Entrance Awards at McMaster University in Canada applicants would be required to have passed : 12th and have appear for the following exams: TOEFL, IELTS and PTE.

Qualification requirements:

  • Applicants must have passed high school 
  • Hold all India Senior School Certificate awarded by CBSE / Indian School Certificate awarded by CISCE.
  • Must be an incoming high school students entering  Level 1 of their first baccalaureate degree program
  • Must be an international visa student, currently studying at a high school and entering Level 1 of their first baccalaureate degree program.
  • English language requirements: 
    • IELTS- 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in each of the four components (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)
    • TOEFL- 86 overall with a minimum score of 20 in each of the four components (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)
    • PTE- 60 overall with minimum score of 60 in Writing and Speaking
