Scholarship Overview

Qualification requirements:

  • Applicants must have a Bachelor degree with a final overall result of at least First Class. 
  • Applicants must have a high academic achievement; the equivalent of a 1st Honours degree or, exceptionally, a high 2:1 degree.
  • Applicants must hold an offer for one of  MA Interpreting and Translating European or Russian language courses or one of MA Translation and Professional Language Skills courses.
  • Applicants must be a national of India and hold an Indian passport
  • Applicants must meet english language requirements: 
    • IELTS- 7.5 overall with no less than 7 in the speaking component and no less than 6.5 in the writing, listening and reading components
    • PTE- 73 overall with no less than 65 in the speaking element and no less than 58 in the writing, listening and reading elements
