Scholarship Overview

ISS Merit Scholarship is applicable to only Bachelors Degree students. This is a Merit Based scholarship. ISS Merit Scholarship award up to USD 14000 on a yearly basis to various international students. The number of students to be awarded this scholarship Varies depending upon the university each year. Students must have taken the 12th grade to be eligible for this scholarship. All international students are auto-considered for these scholarships when they apply for the courses that have scholarships.

• Cumulative, U.S. equivalent 3.25 grade point average (GPA)
• Newly admitted (never previously enrolled at ODU)
• Pursue an initial Bachelor's degree
• Valid non-immigrant visa status
• Ineligible for Virginia in-state tuition rates
• ISS covers only degree seeking courses

• One (1) page essay indicating academic intent and personal goals
• TOEFL & SAT are optional, though highly recommended
