Jandos scholarship program is applicable to only Bachelors courses. This is a merit based scholarship. Jandos scholarship program award up to one time to various international students. The number of students to be awarded this scholarship Varies each year. All international students irrespective of their Nationality can apply for a Jandos scholarship program. If an applicant has already received a free bursary or has applied for another scholarship offered by the university, then he/she is not eligible for this scholarship. All international students are auto-considered for these scholarships when they apply for the courses that have scholarships.

Eligibility

Scholarship recipients must agree to engage in program requirements to maintain their scholarship.  Program requirements:

  • Maintain enrollment in the College of Science on the West Lafayette campus for the 2022-23 academic year.
  • Classified as a semester 2 – 6 (number of semesters of attendance at Purdue) during the Spring 2022 semester.
  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
  • Actively participate in both monthly Jandos Scholarship cohort and Women In Science Program (WISP) meetings, while serving as an engaged WISP mentor for the 2022-23 academic year.
  • Champion diversity efforts within the College of Science.
