Scholarship Overview

Kent Business School Hardship Bursary is offered by the University of Kent to international students. Kent Business School Hardship Bursary is available for students from all countries who want to study Masters Degree in the UK at the University of Kent. Every year, the university selects 20 candidates from all the received applications and offers them scholarships based on their academic profiles. The maximum scholarship that a student can receive is GBP 3000 at University of Kent. The fee needs to be paid in full, the scholarship amount will be given to students once they start their study program.

Application Process for this scholarship

  • Submit a maximum 750 word supporting statement describing your current financial circumstance, detailing why you require the extra funding and should be considered for a hardship bursary. As university is unable to provide a full tuition fee bursary, please indicate how the remainder of the fee will be sourced
  • Studnets can apply for the Kent Business School Hardship Bursary by filling in the KBS Hardship Bursary Form, but only after they have received a formal offer to study a Masters course at Kent Business School

  • The University reserves the right not to allocate the awards if the selection panel identifies no suitable candidates
  • Only one KBS/University scholarship/bursary can be held by an applicant, whichever is the higher amount
  • Awardees, in recognition of the bursary award would automatically become a member of the prestigious KBS Scholarship group and be encouraged to undertake at least one within a range of activities to support and promote your studies whilst a student and subsequent alumni of Kent Business School
