La Trobe University - Vice Chancellor's India Scholarship is offered by the La Trobe University . Vice Chancellor's India Scholarship is awarded to Masters Degree students who can demonstrate excellent academic achievement and the potential to contribute to the university community. This Merit Based scholarship will be given one time. The scholarship amount can be used for tuition. The maximum scholarship amount a student can get is AUD 42000. Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship if they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. In this case, they need not submit a separate application for applying to this scholarship. To be considered for this award, applicants must have a Bachelor degree. International students seeing to avail this scholarship need to appear for English proficiency tests like TOEFL, IELTS and PTE. Students must submit the following documentation to be considered for the scholarship: LOR and CV.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must
    • have a Bachelor's degree with a min 60% or equivalent in final year PLUS three years of relevant managerial experience
    • be a citizen of India located in India [applying from India as well] and be applying to start a postgraduate coursework program 
    • be able to pay the full fee
    • This scholarship is available to students looking at enrolling for semester 1, 2020 and onwards
  • ELP Scores:
    • TOEFL: with 13 in Reading, 12 in Listening, 18 in Speaking and 21 in Writing.
    • IELTS: With no individual band score less than 6.0
    • PTE: With no communicative skill score less than 46

Note:

  • Professional entry: Applicants do not require an undergraduate degree but must have a minimum of 8 years' relevant managerial experience 6.0
    Professional entry (no undergrad degree): International applicants must have a minimum IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 with no individual band score less than 6.0
