Scholarship Overview

Lijiang Fang Graduate Scholarship are offered at University of Waterloo to those international students who are pursuing a Masters Degree. This is a Merit Based Scholarship, which is provided to only 2 students. Lijiang Fang Graduate Scholarship are valued at CAD 5000 for 2 students who qualify from University of Waterloo. Also, the Lijiang Fang Graduate Scholarship is a one time tuition reducing scholarship, offered in the first year of Masters Degree only. Applications for Lijiang Fang Graduate Scholarship at University of Waterloo are filed separately. Bachelor degree is required for applicants to be eligible for this scholarship. Along with the Lijiang Fang Graduate Scholarship application. The eligibility of the students to qualify for Lijiang Fang Graduate Scholarship would solely depend on the applicant’s admission to University of Waterloo Masters Degree, his/her aptitude for an overall contribution towards University of Waterloo community and of course the academic achievements.

• Students enrolled in Year One of the Master's (thesis option) in the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science in the Faculty of Mathematics on the basis of academic excellence (minimum 80% cumulative average) are eligible for this scholarship
