Scholarship Overview

Mason Merit Based Scholarship for International Students- Freshman for International Students is applicable to only Bachelors Degree students. This is a Merit Based scholarship. Amount offered for this Mason Merit Based Scholarship for International Students- Freshman depends upon the university. This is a one time scholarship. The number of students to be awarded this scholarship Varies depending upon the university each year. To be eligible for this scholarship students must have appeared for 12th grade. International students seeing to avail this scholarship need to appear for English proficiency tests like TOEFL, IELTS, PTE. All international students are auto-considered for these scholarships when they apply for the courses that have scholarships. The final date for application is 31-03-2023.

•  Awards are applied to tuition over four years of undergraduate study (maximum of eight semesters), beginning with the semester in which the student is admitted. Merit awards do not need to be repaid.

Eligibility

• Applicants must have passed high school 
• Cumulative high school grade point average (GPA) for work completed in grades 9 to 12 along with level of difficulty of courses selected, particularly in core academic courses
• IELTS- 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in each subsection
• TOEFL- 80 or higher, minimum of 18 in each subsection
• PTE- A minimum score of 59

How to apply- 

• There is not a separate scholarship application form. All qualified international freshman and transfer applicants will be considered for scholarship as part of the regular application review process.

Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship when they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. No separate application is needed.
