MBA Women in Leadership Scholarship is offered by the University of Kent to international students. MBA Women in Leadership Scholarship is available for students from all countries who want to study Masters Degree in the UK at the University of Kent. Every year, the university selects 2 candidates from all the received applications and offers them scholarships based on their academic profiles. The maximum scholarship that a student can receive is GBP 5950 at University of Kent. The fee needs to be paid in full, the scholarship amount will be given to students once they start their study program.

  • Hold a UK First Class degree (or international equivalent) and/or hold substantial managerial work experience 
  • Be self-funded

Application Process for this scholarship

  • Submit a minimum 500 word statement of motivation, detailing why they should be considered for this scholarship award which demonstrates their commitment to promoting women in leadership roles 

Application Process:-

  • This scholarship can only be considered after students have submitted a formal application to study onto the MBA at Kent Business School and have received a formal offer
  • Students can then apply for the scholarship via their Applicant Portal by submitting the required supporting statement of motivation

Additional Information

  • Successful candidates will be notified within one week of the panel meeting
  • Awardees, in recognition of this prestigious scholarship would need to continue to champion women in leadership roles by undertaking the following activities whilst on the course:
    • Organise an event or project to promote the area of their scholarship in collaboration with the MBA Team
    • Become a student ambassador supporting recruitment activities and initiatives for the MBA course
  • Once graduated, scholars would join the network of alumni ambassadors in their home country to support key alumni events and recruitment activities
