Scholarship Overview

Merit-5 Scholarship is applicable to only Bachelors courses. This is a merit based scholarship. Merit-5 Scholarship award up to USD 500 year to various international students. The number of students to be awarded this scholarship Varies each year. To be eligible for this scholarship students need to appear for TOEFL. Students must have passed 12th and to be eligible for this scholarship. All international students irrespective of their Nationality can apply for a Merit-5 Scholarship . If an applicant has already received a free bursary or has applied for another scholarship offered by the university, then he/she is not eligible for this scholarship. An Interview is required. All international students are auto-considered for these scholarships when they apply for the courses that have scholarships.

Eligibility

• Applicants must haold high school diploma from US equivalent. 
• Minimum GPA recommended is 2.0 on a scale of 4.0
• Applicants must meet TOEFl requirements as well i.e overall score 65. 
• Applicants are required to maintain a quarterly and cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher in order to renew this scholarship

Application Process for this scholarship

• An affidavit of financial support from a parent, guardian, sponsor or government agency
• Original and English translations of official transcripts for high school or any college attended.
• The TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) scores, if available.
• No application required. Applicants will be automatically considered for this scholarship.
