Scholarship Overview

NMHU Purple and White Scholarship is offered by the New Mexico Highlands University to international students. NMHU Purple and White Scholarship is available for students from any country who want to study Bachelors Degree in the USA at the New Mexico Highlands University. Every year, the university selects a certain number of candidates from all the received applications and offers them scholarships based on their academic profiles. The maximum scholarship that a student can receive is USD 2000 at New Mexico Highlands University. The fee needs to be paid in full, the scholarship amount will be given to students once they start their study program.

NMHU Purple and White Scholarship is available for the Bachelors Degree. We have listed below the Bachelors Degree Programmes of New Mexico Highlands University that are eligible for the scholarship:
• Bachelor of Science in Biology,Bachelor of Science in Chemistry,Bachelor of Science in Computer Science,Bachelor of Science in Psychology,Bachelor of Science in Forestry,BFA Media Arts,BA Media Arts,Bachelors in Software Systems Design (BSSD),Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Students must have taken the 12th grade to be eligible for this scholarship. To be eligible for this award, international students must take standardised examinations such as SAT.

Eligibility

• Applicants must have passed high school with minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; or
• 22 ACT or equivalent SAT score
• Students must live on-campus in residence halls and must purchase a university meal plan

Application Process for this scholarship

• Official (sealed) sixth or seventh semester high school transcript and official (sealed) final high school transcript upon graduation receiving a high school diploma
• Copy of a verifiable high school diploma or certificate of completions that is equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma
• A transcript evaluation by a credential evaluation service that is NACES OR AICE 
• Evaluations must include the educational degree equivalency, grade point average, and course-by-course analysis
• A completed Financial Certificate form and official bank statements
• English language proficiency scores

Scholarship Application

Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship when they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. No separate application is needed.
