  • Applicants must have completed high school
  • SAT I Test with score of 1270 (Engineering majors) and 980 (all other majors)
  • ACT - 28 (Engineering majors) 22(all other majors)
  • Please be advised that UTA is test score optional for admission through summer 2023. If you apply for admission without these test scores your application will be evaluated based on high school records such as GPA, class rank, courses taken and other relevant criteria. However, test scores can help in determining admissions decisions and scholarship opportunities

Additional Information

  • Renewal requirements:-
    • Minimum Enrollment (Fall/Spring) Full-time = 12 UTA hours
    • UTA Hours Completed Annually (Fall/Spring/Summer) = 30
    • Cumulative UTA GPA = 3.00
  • This scholarship includes the non-resident waiver for students that are not residents of the State of Texas. This will reduce tuition and fees to the level paid by in-state residents for up to four years if the student remains in good academic standing for the duration of the scholarship
