Provost's Assistanships at the University of New Haven are designed to provide financial assistance to talented students from all over the world who wish to pursue their studies. This Merit Based scholarship covers tuition of candidates. This is a Merit Based scholarship offering waiver against the tuition. This scholarship offers to contribute towards the course. The number of awards Varies depending upon the university each year. To qualify for the award, candidates must have completed the Bachelor degree and passed the 12th grade. Students from abroad must take English proficiency exams like TOEFL, IELTS, PTE in order to be eligible for this award.

Students selected for a position in this program will work up to 15-20 hours per week (550 total hours per academic year) for an academic department. In return, students will receive:

  • An experiential learning and work opportunity for the entirety of their graduate program.
  • 75% tuition assistance
  • An hourly wage

Eligibility

  • Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from an accrediated university 
  • Applicants must meet the specific english language requirement of each colleges or department. 
  • Students who have received a 3-year bachelor degree from India will be required to submit a course-by-course evaluation from World Education Services (WES) to show their degree is equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree
