Puttnam Scholarship Programme is offered by the University College Cork to international students. Puttnam Scholarship Programme is available for students from all countries who want to study Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree and Masters Diploma in the Ireland at the University College Cork. Every year, the university selects a certain number of candidates from all the received applications and offers them scholarships based on their academic profiles. The maximum scholarship that a student can receive is Euro 1000 at University College Cork. The fee needs to be paid in full, the scholarship amount will be given to students once they start their study program.

Scholarship Eligibility

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be either a registered UCC student on an undergraduate/level 8 programme (final year) or postgraduate level 9 to be eligible for this scholarship
  • The selected students will become Puttnam Scholars for a period of one academic year
  • During the year, the Puttnam Scholars will work together on a team project and will be required to attend a series of 6 video conference mentoring and coaching sessions with Lord Puttnam. 
  • Puttnam Scholars will jointly produce a short film which they will screen as part of a presentation to Lord Puttnam and invited guests at the end of the academic year.
