• The Rao Family Bursary was established with a gift from Australia India Social and Charitable Ventures Limited through the Australia India Institute, and is offered to students in financial need. Preference is given to students who hold Indian citizenship.

• If you have submitted an application for the Student Bursaries then you will be automatically considered for this bursary.

• Applications are accepted in two rounds:

  • Round 1: Opens 1 January - closes 10 March
  • Round 2: Opens 1 May- closes on 4 August

  Submit an online Student Financial Assessment form in the relevant round by the closing date.

  The application form will be available when the round is open.

Scholarship Application

Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship when they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. No separate application is needed.
