Regents Scholarships is aimed at providing support to outstanding students entering or enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology,BS Computer Science,BS Electrical Engineering,BS Computer Engineering,BS Biology from University of California - Santa Cruz Campus in USA. This award can be awarded to Multiple candidates. This scholarship can be used primarily towards tuition. University offers the merit-based scholarship which amounts to USD 5000 and offered on a yearly basis To be eligible for the Regents Scholarships at University of California - Santa Cruz Campus in USA applicants would be required to have passed : 12th and have appear for the following exams: TOEFL and IELTS.

Eligibility

• Applicants must complete both year X and XII state board or CBSE examinations, with average marks above 70 and no mark below 60
• Complete 15 year-long academic courses with a 3.40 GPA:
  • 2 years of history/social science (In place of U.S. History, history of your country)
  • 4 years of composition and literature in language in which you are instructed
  • 3 years of math including geometry and advanced algebra
  • 2 years of laboratory science (1 biological/1 physical)
  • 2 years of a second language
  • 1 yearlong course of visual and performing arts
  • 1 additional course from any subject areas above

• To be eligible for the Regents Scholarship students must be a U.S. citizen, an eligible non-citizen, an international student with a valid visa, or students qualifying under AB130 or AB131
