Salford Global Gold Excellence Scholarship - UG are awarded by the University of Salford, which supports students in its academics and research pursuits. Salford Global Gold Excellence Scholarship - UG includes a one time award of up to Pound 3500, which can be used for the purpose of tuition payment only. The scholarship does not include other expenses such as accommodation, living expenses, travel expenses, etc. University of Salford usually looks for candidates with a holistic profile, and not just academic excellence. This scholarship is available to students from all countries. As for the academic eligibility criteria, candidates are expected to have 12th that can prove an academically excellent background, .

• International Foundation Year and progressing International Foundation Year students are currently not eligible
• Students in the following courses are not eligible to apply for this scholarship:
  • Nursing
  • Any programs including a placement with the NHS, including Diagnostic Radiography, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Prosthetics, and Orthotics

Eligibility

• To be eligible for this scholarship students must hold an offer for an eligible program and achieve A-level grades ABB  or equivalent from the country
• The following grades are normally required (exam board in brackets): 50% (West Bengal), 55% (ISC, awarded by CISCE), 60% (CBSE), 65% (all other state boards) for undergraduate study
