Scholarship Overview

SFU Alumni Scholarship are awarded by the Simon Fraser University, which supports students in its academics and research pursuits. SFU Alumni Scholarship includes a one time award of up to CAD 1000, which can be used for the purpose of tuition payment only. The scholarship does not include other expenses such as accommodation, living expenses, travel expenses, etc. Simon Fraser University usually looks for candidates with a holistic profile, and not just academic excellence. This scholarship is available to students from all countries. As for the academic eligibility criteria, candidates are expected to have 12th and undergraduate degree that can prove an academically excellent background, .

• The scholarship is applicable for all the undergraduate programs

Eligibility

• To apply for a scholarship students must:
  • have completed at least 12 units of standard-graded courses
    at SFU
  • be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units of standard graded courses at SFU in the term of application
  • have a minimum CGPA of 3.50 at SFU
• The scholarship is awarded to full-time students pursuing their undergraduate degree at SFU based on excellent academic standing
