Scholarship Overview

Bowling Green State University offers the Shankar & Lakshmi Atri Merit Scholarship. This one time scholarship offered by the International Students Office of Bowling Green State University awards scholarships to degree-seeking students who have specified financial needs. Note that a large portion of the scholarship funds come from International student tuition. Shankar & Lakshmi Atri Merit Scholarship is applicable for Masters Degree. The award is applicable for the courses like Full Time MBA. If we consider the amount of the Shankar & Lakshmi Atri Merit Scholarship, then it varies each semester. To qualify for the award, candidates must have completed the Bachelor degree and passed the 12th grade. Eligibility

• Applicants must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5
• Applicants must be involved in service to their communities in their home countries or in the United States such as specifically helping other international students or community services in other countries

Preference will be given to following candidates:

• Preference shall be given to the Male recipient who is pursuing a specialization in Management; and
• Preference shall be given to the Female recipient who is pursuing a specialization in any business field
