Scholarship Overview

Shardashish Interschool Fellowship is a type of scholarship which is offered by the Columbia University. Shardashish Interschool Fellowship is awarded to Masters Degree students who can demonstrate excellent academic achievement and the potential to contribute to the university community. This Need Based scholarship will be given one time. The scholarship amount can be used for tuition. The maximum scholarship amount a student can get is USD 50000. Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship if they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. In this case, they need not submit a separate application for applying to this scholarship. To qualify for the award, candidates must have completed the Bachelor degree and passed the 12th grade. In order to be eligible for this award, international students must take English language tests like TOEFL, IELTS and PTE. Students must submit the following documentation to be considered for the scholarship: LOR, CV and Official Transcripts.

• Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in a related field received from an institution of acceptable standing

Preference will be given to following candidates:

• Established commitment to India and its future
• Demonstrated financial need
• Preference to residents of India
• Must have applied and been admitted to one of the specific Columbia University schools
