Scholarship Overview

Strathclyde Business School is delighted to be able to offer a number of Masters Scholarships. The Scholarships will be awarded on merit, rather than financial need, to candidates who demonstrate in both their Scholarship Application and their Masters programme application, excellent academic performance (current and/or previously gained); any relevant extra-curricular or professional experience and career development and who will contribute to the overall academic, cultural and experiential profile of the programme cohort.

• Value: Varies by course fee - Between £9,000 and £12,000
• Students have guranteed awards starting 6000 GBP to 9000 GBP depending on the program and students can also apply for department's scholarships

Eligibility

• The Scholarships will be awarded on merit, rather than financial need, to candidates who demonstrate in both their Scholarship Application and their Masters programme application, excellent academic performance (current and/or previously gained); any relevant extra-curricular or professional experience and career development and who will contribute to the overall academic, cultural and experiential profile of the programme cohort.   
• Applicants must have an offer to study a Full Time Postgraduate course with Strathclyde Business School before applying for a scholarship. Any incorrect or false application numbers entered will render the application ineligible for consideration
• Candidates must be self-funded (ie. not in receipt of any funding from any other scholarships, employer sponsorship, etc) and already hold an offer of a place on an SBS MSc programme intake and also be deemed International with regards to Fee Status.

Application Process for this scholarship

• Candidates interested in applying should provide a maximum 1000 word statement demonstrating, through their ideas, experience and future career plans (including their reasoning for joining their chosen programme and why they should be awarded this scholarship.  
• Any standard or clearly template-based SOP/Personal Statement/Duplicate Programme essay answers uploaded will be disregarded and the application not considered for a Scholarship
