Scholarship Overview

University of Leeds offers the The International Undergraduate Science and Engineering Scholarship. Every year, the International Students Office of University of Leeds awards scholarships to degree-seeking students who have specified financial needs. Note that a large portion of the scholarship funds come from International student tuition. The International Undergraduate Science and Engineering Scholarship is applicable for Bachelors Degree. • Up to £6,000 awarded
• Students must achieve a yearly attainment percentage of 60% or above with all modules passed at the first attempt. The scholarship will be withheld in a year if the student fails to achieve 60% but will be reinstated the following year if the student's performance recovers to 60% or over
• Students will not receive the scholarship for the industrial placement year or study abroad year

Eligibility

• Applicants must have been offered a place on an undergraduate degree program
• Applicants must be self-funding, new to the University of Leeds, enter onto Level 1, and be classified as international for tuition fee purposes
• Applicants must not be in receipt of any other University of Leeds award
• Students who have successfully completed the International Foundation Year (IFY) at the University of Leeds will also be eligible for this scholarship

• No separate documents are required for the scholarship as students will automatically be considered for this scholarship
