The McMaster University Award of Excellence are awarded by the McMaster University, which supports students in its academics and research pursuits. The McMaster University Award of Excellence includes a one time award of up to CAD 3000, which can be used for the purpose of tuition payment only.   • Must be an incoming high school students entering  Level 1 of their first baccalaureate degree program
  • The achievement of a final admission average in the top 10% of your Faculty. :
    • Arts and Science- 99%+
    • DeGroote School of Business- 95%
    • Engineering- 98%
    • Health Sciences- 99%
    • Humanities- 94%
    • Science- 98%
    • Social Sciences- 98%
  • English language requirements: 
    • IELTS- 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in each of the four components (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)
    • TOEFL- 86 overall with a minimum score of 20 in each of the four components (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)
    • PTE- 60 overall with minimum score of 60 in Writing and Speaking
