The Next Genius Full & Half Tuition Scholarships is awarded for pursuing Bachelor in Philosophy,Bachelor of Science in Chemistry,Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry,Physics and Pre-Engineering,B.S. in Biology,Bachelors in Neuroscience and Cognitive Studies,Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) ,B.B.A. in Accounting,Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Millsaps College. A student can get a maximum amount of USD 41314 and the scholarship amount will be given yearly only. The scholarship amount can be used for paying tuition. Students must have taken the 12th grade to be eligible for this scholarship. Students must have taken the 12th grade to be eligible for this scholarship. To be eligible for this award, international students must take English language examinations as well as standardised exams like TOEFL, IELTS and SAT.   • Prospective applicants for the scholarship will undergo a careful two-stage review process-
    • Level 1 (Online assessment) and Level 2 (Personal interview)
  • Winners of the scholarship will receive an official letter of acceptance from the college
  • Along with this, they will also get the I-20 form
  • The Next Genius Foundation will also issue a letter of support from our side to them
  • Applying and obtaining the F1 student visa is the sole responsibility of the student

Additional Information

Online assessment facts-

  • Questions are designed in-house and do not have a set curriculum
  • Thus, prior knowledge of any kind is not required in solving this assessment (except knowledge of basic Math and basic secondary school level English)
  • Registered students can purchase a practice booklet from us to see sample problems from past assessments
  • The Level 1 Critical Thinking Assessment is to be completed online. Applicants can take it from the convenience of their home, school, or even in a cyber cafe. All they need is a computer with a webcam and a strong internet connection (Mobile phone and tablets are not allowed)
  • The test consists a total of 36 multiple choice questions with just one correct answer and it will last for 2 hours (questions are divided into three sections with 12 questions per section)
  • The three sections are: Logical Inquiry, Functional Literacy, Data Analysis
  • Students can also follow the question of the day that we post on the foundation's Facebook page

Interview Details-

  • Shortlisted students from Level 1 will be interviewed 
  • Students will submit the required documents & profile prior to the interview
  • The expense for the interview is student's personal liability, the foundation will not pay for the travel, accommodation or any other expense incurred towards the interview
  • The tentative schedule for the interview day is as follows:
    • 09:00 – 10:00 Student Registration
    • 10:00 – 12:00 Interview
    • 12:00 – 15:00 Break
    • 15:00 – 17:00 Final Award Ceremony
    • 17:00 – 18:00 Socializing with College Representatives
  • At least one family member accompany the student while they attend the interview
