TRU- Academic Excellence Scholarship is offered by the Thompson Rivers University. This scholarship is for pursuing a Bachelors Degree, The TRU- Academic Excellence Scholarship is given on a semester basis to a multiple students each year. This scholarship awards a maximum of CAD 1000 per student and is used to cover tuition. Under this scholarship some students get their full tuition fee waived. To be eligible for this grant, applicants must have taken the 12th grade. Students from abroad must take English proficiency exams like TOEFL, IELTS in order to be eligible for this award.

  • Qualified students will receive first $1,000 then must maintain a minimum 3.33 GPA at the completion of their first semester at TRU to be eligible to receive $1,000 for a second semester.
