Scholarship Overview

Boston University is a private research university in the city of Boston, Massachusetts. It is one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in the United States. The school attracts  million annually in research funding, ranking it among the top 10 universities nationally for scientific research expenditures. BU employs nearly 2,000 full-time faculty members across 10 schools and colleges.

International students who want to enrol in Boston University's undergraduate programmes are given the Trustee Scholarships. The Trustee scholarships are open to students with outstanding academic status who also make a positive contribution to their school and community. The complete cost of tuition and other required costs is covered by the scholarships. Twenty scholarships are given out by the institution each year to deserving applicants. With certain requirements being met, the scholarship is renewable for up to four years. To be considered for the Trustee Scholarships, applicants must submit an essay along with a common or coalition entrance application. In addition to exceptional academic credentials, Trustee Scholars are intellectually and creatively adventurous and demonstrate viewpoints, experiences, or achievements beyond the usual. 

 

Boston University Trustee Scholarships

 

Exceptional students are admitted each year into the Trustee Scholars Program at BU. Many of the current Scholars finished high school at the top of their class and maintained flawless 4.0 grade point averages. If certain requirements are completed, a Trustee Scholarship will pay the full undergraduate tuition and necessary undergraduate student expenditures for four years.
The candidate has to have obtained a passing score. Secondary School
Prerequisites:
- Precalculus and calculus are suggested for 3–4 years of math
- 3–4 years of social science or history
- 2-4 years of exposure to a foreign language
- English language evidence Proficiency
- TOEFL: It needs a minimum of 20 in each section and a score of 90 to 100 overall to pass
