TUM Scholarships for International Students is awarded at Technical University of Munich to international students applying for various Masters,Bachelors,PhD courses offered across M.Sc in Mathematics in Science and Engineering,Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Aerospace,Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering (In German),Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management and Technology etc. Scholarship will be awarded to multiple candidates. Those who qualify to get this scholarship, are awarded Euro 1800, which is a semesterly award. This scholarship cover tuition. Students must have passed 12th and Undergraduate degree to be eligible for TUM Scholarships for International Students. , . Indian students are eligible to apply for TUM Scholarships for International Students at Technical University of Munich along with students from multiple countries. Students will have to fill an admission application form at Technical University of Munich and following documents also needs to be submit LOR, CV and Financial Documents.

Eligibility

  • The following applicants are applicable:
    • not eligible for BAföG due to their nationality
    • 3rd semester in their bachelor‘s studies
    • 2nd semester in their master’s studies (or as of 1st semester in their master’s studies, if the bachelor's degree has been completed at TUM)
    • submission of the bachelor's thesis or master's thesis not before 30 June (summer term)
      and 31 December (winter term)
  • Applicants must have good academic records and prove low income of their parents

  • Proof of applicant’s income
    • bank statements of the last three months of all bank accounts 
      If not in German or English language, a certified German translation is required by a sworn translator (with an official seal!)
      (winter term: 01 July – 30 September and summer term: 01 January – 31 March)
      If there are incoming payments, please explain directly on the bank account statement what kind of payment it is
      (for example salary, parents' support, scholarship, loan ...)
    • and further documents if applicable (work contract, internship contract, scholarship notification, loan contract, BAföG notification, etc.)
  • Proof of parents‘ income or proof of income of spouse if applicable
    • if not in German or English language, a certified German translation is required by a sworn translator (with an official seal!)
