Scholarship Overview

UAB- Green and Gold Scholarship is offered by the University of Alabama at Birmingham. This scholarship is for pursuing a Bachelors Degree, The UAB- Green and Gold Scholarship is given yearly to a multiple students each year. This scholarship awards a maximum of USD 8000 per student and is used to cover tuition. Under this scholarship some students get their full tuition fee waived. To be eligible for this scholarship: Students must have taken the 12th grade to be eligible for this scholarship. To be eligible for this award, international students must take English language examinations as well as standardised exams like TOEFL, IELTS, SAT. In English language proficiency, an applicant must have an overall TOEFL score of 77 and an IELTS score of 6.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be a graduate from a secondary or high school (up to 2 years prior to intake) with a minimum grade point average of 3.5 and 24–26 ACT
  or 1160–1250 SAT scores
• Applicants must have not enrolled in post-secondary work
• Applicants must be an international student
• Applicants must meet the english language requirements i.e 77 in TOEFL and overall score 6.0 with minimum 5.5 in each section in IELTS.
