• Chevening scholarships are fully funded, including tuition fees, flights, accommodation and a living stipend, amongst other financial support

• As Chevening Scholarships are fully-funded, award includes the following:

  • university tuition fees
  • a monthly stipend
  • travel costs to and from the UK
  • an arrival allowance
  • a homeward departure allowance
  • the cost of one visa application
  • a travel grant to attend Chevening events in the UK

Eligibility

• It’s important that students check they meet all Chevening’s eligibility criteria before they apply. This includes that applicants must:
  • be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country or territory
  • have an undergraduate degree equivalent to an upper 2:1 honours degree (UK equivalent)
  • have at least two years’ work experience
  • return to their country of citizenship for a minimum of two years after award has ended
