Scholarship Overview

University of Surrey International Excellence Award (UG) are awarded by the University of Surrey, which supports students in its academics and research pursuits. University of Surrey International Excellence Award (UG) includes a one time award of up to Pound 5000, which can be used for the purpose of tuition payment only. The scholarship does not include other expenses such as accommodation, living expenses, travel expenses, etc. University of Surrey usually looks for candidates with a holistic profile, and not just academic excellence. This scholarship is available to students from all countries. As for the academic eligibility criteria, candidates are expected to have 12th and undergraduate degree that can prove an academically excellent background.

Eligibility

• In order to be eligible applicants must:
  • Be an overseas fee-paying student
  • Hold an offer to study a full-time bachelor's degree program at FHEQ Level 4 (first-year entry)
  • Be self-funded (you must be paying for your studies independently rather than being sponsored or in receipt of another scholarship) 
  • This Scholarship is not open to students from Surrey International Study Centre (SISC)
  • Applicants in receipt of the International Excellence scholarship will not be eligible for any other Surrey Scholarship
