Scholarship Overview

University of Wollongong - UAE offers the University Of Wollongong Postgraduate Academic Merit Scholarship. Every trimester, the International Students Office of University of Wollongong - UAE awards scholarships to degree-seeking students who have specified financial needs. Note that a large portion of the scholarship funds come from International student tuition. University Of Wollongong Postgraduate Academic Merit Scholarship is applicable for Masters Degree. The award is applicable for the courses like Master of Applied Finance. If we consider the amount of the University Of Wollongong Postgraduate Academic Merit Scholarship, then it varies each semester. To qualify for the award, candidates must have completed the Bachelor degree and passed the 12th grade. • The postgraduate Academic Scholarship at UOWD covers 15% of tuition fees each semester
• If a scholarship holder has no fail grades but does not meet the minimum WAM requirement for his or her scholarship, the amount of the scholarship will be reduced from 15% to 0% as the case applies

Eligibility

• Applications are open to students of any citizenship. Applications are open to new (entry level) students only who will be undertaking full-time study
• Applicants must have achieved the minimum grades as listed in the Curriculum table below
• Applicants must meet all of the academic and admission criteria to be admitted to the University and be intending to enroll in the relevant session for which they have applied
• Applicants should
  • Have 70% in the bachelor's degree or
  • Have 8.5/10 GPA in the bachelor's degree or
  • Have 3.5/4 GPA in the bachelor's degree

• Applicants should:
  • Have 79 score in TOEFL with not less than 20 in Writing, 18 in Reading, 17 in Listening, 16 in Speaking
  • Have 6 score in IELTS with 6.0 in Reading and Writing and 5.0 in Listening and Speaking
  • Have 54 score in PTE with a minimum of 54 in reading and writing, listening and speaking 47
