Eligibility

  • The applicant must:
    • be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with the protected/refugee status or an international student;
    • be registered as a full-time undergraduate student in a direct-entry faculty (Arts, Engineering, Health Sciences, Science, Social Sciences, Telfer School of Management) or at the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section of the University of Ottawa; and
    • appear on the Dean's Honour List for the previous term (average for the term of 8.5 - 7.5 for the Civil Law Section).
    • International and mature students are eligible for this scholarship

  • This scholarship cannot be combined with the University of Ottawa Admission Scholarship, the President's Scholarship, the Chancellor's Scholarship or the Aboriginal Leadership Scholarship.
  • This scholarship is offered each term to students who maintain an average for the term of at least 8.5, 7.5 for the Civil Law Section and who remain registered full-time in the fall and winter terms in a direct-entry faculty or in the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section. The scholarship may be postponed for a future term for a CO-OP student or a student who is not registered full-time during the summer term
