Eligibility

  • The applicant must: 
    • be admitted as a full-time student to the LL.M. or PhD program at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa;
    • hold an undergraduate degree in Law from a foreign university before beginning studies at the University of Ottawa and have a minimum average of B (70%) based on final marks at the end of the fourth year of study;
    • be fluent in either French or English, with a certificate confirming language proficiency; and
    • have distinguished themselves through their admission file.
