Scholarship Overview

Vice-Chancellor Scholarship is offered by the Bangor University . Vice-Chancellor Scholarship is awarded to Masters Degree students who can demonstrate excellent academic achievement and the potential to contribute to the university community. This Merit Based scholarship will be given one time. The scholarship amount can be used for tuition. The maximum scholarship amount a student can get is GBP 10000. Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship if they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. In this case, they need not submit a separate application for applying to this scholarship. To be eligible for the award, applicants must have completed their Bachelor degree and passed the 12th grade.

Eligibility

• Applicants must:-
  • Excellent Academic Background – achieved or on course to achieve the equivalent of a UK 1st class Bachelors degree.
  • Demonstrated commitment towards sustainable development in your own country and working towards supporting future generations
  • must be self-funding. Candidates who are fully sponsored by a third party will not be entitled to this Scholarship.
  • Only open to students paying International Tuition Fee Levels. 
  • The above scholarship is available for full-time on-campus courses only.
  • Not open to students studying at Bangor University International College (BUIC).
  • Not open to Non-graduating students e.g. Study Abroad
