Vita Como Endowed Scholarship is applicable to only Bachelors only. This is a need-based Scholarship. The number of students to be awarded this scholarship varies each year. All international students irrespective of their countries can apply for a Vita Como Endowed Scholarship.

Eligibility

• Scholarship applicant should be a fulltime engineering undergraduate student in good standing at the University
• Applicant must exhibit leadership qualities and maintain a GPA in accordance with the College's standards. Other grants and scholarships may be accepted
• The scholarships available through the Cullen College of Engineering Dean's Office are competitive and in general require:
• • UH Cumulative GPA: 3.0
  • UH Major GPA: 3.0
  • Additional criteria: Successful completion of ENGI 1100, ENGI 1331, and one of the following courses that is required on your major degree plan:
    • BIOE 2331
    • CHEE 2331
    • CIVE 2330
    • ECE 2201
    • INDE 2333
    • MECE 2336
    • PETR 2311
