VU Future Leaders Scholarship (International) - Undergraduate is offered by the Victoria University to international students. VU Future Leaders Scholarship (International) - Undergraduate is available for students from any country who want to study Bachelors Degree in the Australia at the Victoria University. Every year, the university selects a certain number of candidates from all the received applications and offers them scholarships based on their academic profiles. The maximum scholarship that a student can receive is AUD 7600 at Victoria University. The fee needs to be paid in full, the scholarship amount will be given to students once they start their study program.

VU Future Leaders Scholarship (International) - Undergraduate is available for the Bachelors Degree. We have listed below the Bachelors Degree Programmes of Victoria University that are eligible for the scholarship:

Bachelor of Exercise Science (Clinical Practice),Bachelor of Sport Science,Bachelor of Information Technology (Professional),Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) etc as given. To be eligible for this grant, applicants must have taken the 12th grade. International students seeing to avail this scholarship need to appear for English proficiency tests like TOEFL, IELTS, PTE.

  • All new students commencing a higher education diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate (coursework) course with VU Melbourne are eligible, including students commencing their studies by online real-time (ORT) learning from outside of Australia in 2021. VET courses are not eligible for this scholarship

  • Students will get a 20% off the first two semesters’ tuition fee
  • After two semesters of study, students may be eligible for an extension of this scholarship. The extension is valued at 10% of the semester’s tuition fee for the remainder of their studies. Students must maintain a 60-course Weighted Average Mark (WAM)
  • Discount will range from A$3400 - A$7600

Eligibility

  • Applicant must have passed class 12th with:
    • 65% (in 4 subjects) from ICSE Board OR;
    • 65% (in 4 subjects) from All India Senior School Certificate (85% for Bachelor of Laws) OR;
    • 70% (in 4 subjects) from State Board (various) examinations OR
  • Completion of an Australian Advanced Diploma or Diploma (or equivalent)
  • English Langauge Proficiency scores:
    • IELTS: With a minimum score of 6.0 in each band 
    • TOEFL: With a minimum score in Listening 12, Speaking 18, Reading 15, Writing 21
    • PTE: With a minimum score of 50 in each band
  • Applicants enrolling in the following programs need to have the following IELTS score:
    • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Bachelor of Osteopathy, Bachelor of Psychological Studies (Honours), Bachelor of Laws - with an overall score is 6.5 and 6.0 in each band
    • Bachelor of Nursing -  with an overall score is 7.0 and 7.0 in each band
    • Bachelor of Biomedicine - with an overall score is 7.0 and 6.5 in each band
    • Bachelor of Education (P-12) - with an overall score is 7.5 and 7.5 in Speaking & Listening; 6.5 in Reading & Writing

  • Students who have received a scholarship or sponsorship from another organization are not eligible for this scholarship
  • Students with approval to reduce their study load are eligible to receive a reduced scholarship, based on the number of units taken (pro-rata)
  • New students receiving advanced standing for previous studies are not eligible for the extension of the VU Future Leaders Scholarship (International)
  • The VU Future Leaders Scholarship (International) is not refundable, convertible to cash, or transferable to another individual, commencing study period, or course
  • The VU Future Leaders Scholarship (International) is awarded at the discretion of the University
  • The student will continue to remain eligible to receive the VU Future Leaders Scholarship (International) and the extension of the scholarship providing the student pays all tuition and additional fees/costs in full by the census date each study period and meets the conditions of their student visa
  • The University’s decision concerning the assessment of eligibility for the Scholarship is final, and there is no right of appeal should the student be unsuccessful in securing the scholarship, or has the scholarship withdrawn
