Scholarship Overview

Warwick Undergraduate Global Excellence Scholarship is applicable to only Bachelors courses. This is a merit based scholarship. Warwick Undergraduate Global Excellence Scholarship award up to Pound 29,830 one time to various international students. The number of students to be awarded this scholarship Varies each year. To be eligible for this scholarship students need to appear for IELTS and PTE.Students must have passed 12th and to be eligible for this scholarship. All international students irrespective of their Nationality can apply for a Warwick Undergraduate Global Excellence Scholarship. If an applicant has already received a free bursary or has applied for another scholarship offered by the university, then he/she is not eligible for this scholarship. All international students are auto-considered for these scholarships when they apply for the courses that have scholarships.

  • This scholarship covers all or a part of tuiiton fees
  • Annual tuition fees will be as follows: 
    • Band 1 – £23,390 per year (classroom-based courses, including Humanities and most Social Science courses)
    • Band 2 – £29,830 per year (laboratory-based courses, plus Theatre and Performance Studies, Economics, and courses provided by Warwick Business School, with exceptions)

Eligibility

  • Applicants must hold the Higher Secondary Certificate/Standard XII/Class XII from CBSE and CISC and some state boards, on a case-by-case basis.
  • Applicants must be classed as an 'overseas' or ‘international-fee paying’ student for tuition fee purposes
  • Applicants must have applied for a full-time undergraduate course at the University of Warwick starting in 2022 before the UCAS application deadline
  • Applicants must meet the english language requirements:
  • Band A- IELTS 6.0 including minimum 5.5 in each component and PTE 60 with no less than 59 in any of the Communicative Skills
  • Band B- IELTS 6.5 including minimum 6.0 in each component and PTE 69 with no less than 59 in any of the Communicative Skills
  • Band C- IELTS 7.0 including minimum 6.5 in each component and PTE 75 with no less than 59 in any of the Communicative Skills
