Scholarship Overview

Women in Finance scholarships is awarded for pursuing MSc Finance & Accounting,MSc Risk Management and Financial Engineering,MSc Finance and Accounting,MSc Finance at Imperial College London. A student can get a maximum amount of GBP 20000 and the scholarship amount will be given one time only. The scholarship amount can be used for paying tuition. To be eligible for the award, applicants must have completed their Bachelor degree and passed the 12th grade. To be eligible for this award, international students must take English proficiency tests such as IELTS and PTE. As part of the selection process, students must attend an interview. Students will require the following documentation to apply for the scholarship: LOR, CV and Official Transcripts.

Eligibility

• Applicant must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and career potential
• Bachelor: 
  • Applicants must have a four year First or Upper Second Class Honours degree from a recognized university or the international equivalent
• Subjects required:
  • MSc Risk Management and Financial Engineering: Maths, Engineering, Science, Economics
  • MSc Finance & Accounting: Maths, Engineering, Science, Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting
• All students commencing the programme are expected to be proficient in probability, calculus, matrix algebra and real analysis
• A strong track record of leadership and/or leadership potential
• An exceptional academic background, typically a strong first-class honours degree or international equivalent
• IELTS: Minimum scores of 6.5 in all elements
• PTE: Minimum 62 in all elements
• Interview: It is part of the admission process
