Scholarship Overview

You Are Welcome Here Scholarship - Old Dominion University is applicable to only Bachelors Degree students. This is a Merit Based scholarship. Amount offered for this scholarship depends upon the university. This is a yearly scholarship. This scholarship will be offered to 2 students every year. To be eligible for this scholarship students must have appeared for 12th grade. International students seeing to avail this scholarship need to appear for English proficiency tests like TOEFL, IELTS, PTE. All international students are auto-considered for these scholarships when they apply for the courses that have scholarships. The final date for application is 31-03-2023.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be a first-year, undergraduate, international applicant of any major applying to Old Dominion University
• Applicants demonstrate interest and initiative in leadership and intercultural learning
• Admission Requirements:-
  • Applicants must have passed standard 12th
  • SAT/ACT standardized exams are optional, though highly recommended

Application Process for this scholarship

• Complete a scholarship application and a 500-1,000 word essay or a two-to-five minute video describing your ideas for advancing intercultural learning and understanding at ODU, and how you plan to apply your ideas at the school you are applying to
• Submit Proof of ELP scores
• Passport identification page
• Submit Affidavit of Support
• Original bank statement
• Submit all prior Secondary/High School or College/University transcripts along with Diploma or Leaving Certificate
