MSc Strategic Sport Marketing - Batch of 2025
4.1
Leeds Beckett University is fun going and friendly university.
Tips: Before joining Leeds Beckett University, students should know that it's essential to have a backup plan and be financially prepared, as relevant jobs are hard to come by. Students should also focus on doing their own assignments and not outsource them, as this can lead to complications. Overall, I'm satisfied with the module content at Leeds Beckett University.
Likes (Student Life): It's vibrant as Leeds is mostly a student-based city. You can share your rent with friends and spend less too. You can split groceries as well because everyone is very friendly here. I've been to so many nightclubs and events that it really feels very festive.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): I have attended so many job fairs but haven't gotten in yet. And most of the companies that offer jobs are non-relevant to sports. I have only worked in part-time jobs while studying in this university, full time jobs are really hard to get and sponsorship too.

MSc Management and Human Resources - Batch of 2025

The most effective and efficient method for students to acquire knowledge and make progress.
Tips: This institution of higher learning operates differently from its Indian counterparts, especially traditional written examinations in favour of an assessment-based approach. Classes typically convene for two to three days each week. Prior to my enrollment, I was the recipient of a scholarship, and with the assistance of my agent, I was able to successfully navigate the application process. This scholarship opportunity is also available to other prospective students.
Likes (Public transportation): Public transportation is a convenient option for students. Student pass discounts are available for a month, making it affordable to use buses and trains. However, the convenience of public transportation may depend on your location. If you live far from the university, you may need to walk to the bus stop.
Dislikes (Part time work): Part-time jobs offer great flexibility and accessibility, making them suitable for a wide range of individuals. However, achieving above-average compensation may pose a challenge. Despite this, I am successfully managing my financial obligations with the current minimum payout.

MSc Management and International Business - Batch of 2025
3.5
College is good but some faculty member are not good.
Tips: Before you join the university, choose your course first, which should be related to your previous course. Once you join the university, make sure you focus on your assignments before the class and try to become a global ambassador role. Also, try to engage with international students to gain your knowledge. The establishment of high standards and maintained compliance with all regulatory safety guidelines from sanitation to staff training and the environment is well maintained. Staff may be trained in safety protocols, displaying responsiveness in addressing any safety concerns or unique.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): I was disappointed with the university's job placement services. I did not feel they provided enough opportunities for me to find a job in my field of study. As a result, I did not get the job I wanted and had to take a job in another field.

MSC Information And Technology (15 months) - Batch of 2023

Average University, beautiful campus
Tips: I got a scholarship of 32000. There is a cultural shift because UK is not our home country. Don't expect that you will land a job immediately after Masters. You should have prior knowledge of your field before Masters. Minimum professional experience is mandatory.
Likes (Part time work): On campus part time jobs are just for name sake, as it is less than 20%. Off-campus opportunities are average, good to have your own vehicle for work so that you can opt for warehouse jobs. 20 hours a week is manageable without getting our studies hampered. Payout on NI job is about 310 on average.
Dislikes (Indian Food): Food outside is the worst. You won't be able to get South Indian options, and not worth the price at all. I always prefer cooking at home. A lot of Pakistanis sell food in the name of Indian food. Indian grocery is limited and expensive. Other region food options are good.

MSc Supply Chain Management & Logistics - Batch of 2024

The college is value for money
Tips: Well, this is an average college. Studying here is decent although finding part-time job is quite hard in Leeds sometimes you find a job but getting hours from them is a real struggle. Despite that faculty of Beckett is very friendly they take local and international lectures together. For local they hire local teachers and for international, they do the same.

MSc International Events Management - Batch of 2024

The university provides us with internship opportunities and has great academics.
Tips: Students should know that the university has two campuses, the city campus and the Headingley campus. Scholarships are available at both campuses, and they range up to 3000 pounds. The university provides good exposure to the students, which is very helpful for their future careers. I love the culture, the place, and the people here. It's a great place to study, learn, and get a job. I would personally recommend coming here to study and stay. I'd like to stay here myself and excel in my studies so that I can start my own business. I am very satisfied with the university and the course I am pursuing.
Likes (Part time work): The university is very vast and helpful. It helps students get internships and explore new opportunities that could lead to full-time jobs. An internship is the best way to get a career boost, and if the university offers placement assistance, that's even better.
