Tips: I was very apprehensive and I joined campus after the orientation. Despite this, I would say that NCSU has become a second home. You will be encouraged to balance your academics with extracurriculars and there is something for everyone. Classes are competitive so take advantage of peer tutoring and office hours. Tips: After spending a decent amount of time here, I can see that NCSU has made a significant amount of progress in promoting diversity and inclusion which is seen through the multicultural celebrations around campus and representation in the student body as well. Tips: Students will get to experience the ideal college life here in North Carolina. People are warm and welcoming, the courses are interesting and the faculty is very involved as well. They will guide you throughout the semester and you can reach out to them if you have any doubts. It is pretty peaceful except the work pressure is high and the libraries can be pretty crowded so you'll need to look for other spots on campus.
